## What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through the forms on this website:
- Enrolment interest form: your name, relationship to the child, email, phone and address, and your child's name and age.
- Scholarship application: your name, email and phone, and your child's name, age and class, and your reasons for applying.
- Donation pledge: your name, email, phone and, if you give them, the amount and a message.
- Contact form: your name, email, phone if given, and your message.
We also keep the wording you agreed to when you sent the form, and a one-way scrambled form of your internet address, used only to stop the same computer sending large numbers of forms.
## How we use it
We use your details only to respond to you: to arrange enrolment, consider a scholarship application, follow up on a gift, or answer your message. We send you one email confirming that we received your form. We do not sell your details, use them for advertising, or share them outside the school, except where the law requires it.
## Information about children
Details about children are seen only by the school's website administrators and the staff handling the enrolment or application. They are not visible to other website editors.
## How long we keep it
We keep form details for up to 24 months after we last dealt with your enquiry, then delete them. Details of pupils who enrol become part of the school's own records.
## Where it is stored
The website and its forms are hosted by Cloudflare. Emails about your form are sent from emails.bethanylutheranasaba.org to the school's mailbox.
## Cookies
The public website sets no cookies. The administration area uses one cookie, needed to keep staff signed in.
## Your rights
You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them, by writing to info@bethanylutheranasaba.org.
